AOC's David cooks for Very Very VIP's at Carnell
David's culinary talents were put to the test recently when he was hired to cook for both Norwegian and Austrian Royalty, as well as a member of the Walmart Family.
The VIP’s were staying at Carnell House, and with All Out Catering being the venues appointed caterers with experience of cooking at the highest levels it was David that was put to task.
Mr & Mrs Findlay of Carnell were astonished by the levels of praise for David by their guests who are notoriously hard to please.
Not only was David brought almost to tears by the VIP’s thanking him personally, but he was asked by one of the party if he would travel to Japan to be their Private Chef for a number of months. As tempting as it may have been for him, here in Scotland we are stuck with him.
Following the success of the aforementioned job, David was brought into Carnell again to cook for a party of guests including none other than Scottish Chef, Nick Nairn.
He along with the other guests were blown away by David’s offerings, saying he had never had a Fillet of Beef cooked so well, and asked David for his Chocolate Bread & Butter Pudding recipe; to which of course David declined to pass on.
Needless to say that both parties have re-booked for 2010 already, on the basis that David is there to cook for them.
